No Returns or Refunds Policy

At Mindful Merch, we are committed to providing high-quality products that align with our mission of mental health and wellness. Each item is made with care, and many of our products are custom-made or printed on demand just for you.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our business and the custom production process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time. Once an order has been placed, it is considered final.

Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that sometimes things happen! If you receive a damaged or defective item, we want to make it right. Please email us at  mhff.fun within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • A clear photo of the damaged item
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost. Shipping defects will require you to reach out to the carrier. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to control its delivery. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you believe your package was stolen, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
